USHER feat. T.I. “Guilty”

Posted by: Young Simmons

Fresh out of jail, T.I. has a new record with fan favorite Usher. This joint is called “Guilty” coming off his up & coming album Raymond V Raymond, wchich comes out March 30th. This isn’t the first time we’re hearing a T.I. & Usher collabo & it’s definitely not the last.  Every time they put something down together it sounds like a sure shot hit. I won’t be surprised if I hear this record as soon as I get in my car after work. Dope track! Shout out to Grand hustle! Take a listen & comment.

It’s Very Chilly Outside for Khloe Kardashian

Posted by: RachelSamara

I can never guess what the Kardashian girls will do next…

Whether its their beauty, sex appeal, family drama, clothing line-this list can go on forever, the Kardashians seem to be able to stay in the spotlight no matter what. The latest reason I’m intrigued to stay following the lives of this family comes from Khloe’s recent outing sporting a sexy black leather dress with her nipples protruding through the fabric.

The last time I checked leather was a thick fabric, but this had no forgiving effect as the paparazzi had every chance to capture these sexy photos of the youngest Kardashian sister.

Lamar is a lucky man…

Kim Zolciak Says The N-Word On Kandi’s UStream

Posted by: ImGlobalNow

The Real Housewives of Atlanta aren’t strangers to drama. They’ve usually stayed in the blogs because of some drama, but it looks like things are about to get a little crazy for them. The other night (Wednesday, March 10) Kim Zolciak appeared on Kandi Burress‘ “Kandy Koated Nights” UStream show as a guest. They were talking about their favorite moments regarding west coast rap group NWA, and Kim Z took it a bit too far, dropping the N bomb while they were recording. Here’s her quote below:

“Yeah, I remember listening to NWA back in the day, one of my favorite songs was the one where he talks about the girl p&@*y poppin. Ya’ll know NWA, Niggers With Attitudes, it was 15 years ago but we still love it.”- Kim Zolciak

Kandi took Kim to the side to talk about what she said, and afterwards addressed the UStream audience.

“I know everyone was a little shocked by Kim saying the real word for N in N.W.A., but this is real TV, anyway it was crazy. We had a fun night and we hope to see you guys back.”- Kandi Burress

Check out the video and tell us, did Kim Z do too much? Or was it a honest mistake?

My Withdrawl From Creamy Crack by Marsha Ambrosius

Posted by: Marsha

by Marsha Ambrosius

If I knew then what I know now :) I was chillin’, letting it air dry… With the vicious side part… I think I have roughly the same outfit on right now as I do in this pic lol what I don’t have is innocent hair! That untouched, pure, loved hair! And I’m ok with that! I don’t regret one single thing I did or didn’t do to my hair, except maybe that bleach! No good can come from bleaching!!! But I learned :)

Yes, the ever so touchy subject “Is that all yours???” aka HAIR!!! My response… “Most of it!” LOL I have done my hair every which way possible, relaxed, natural, every color possible, colors you’re not supposed to have, I DID IT ALL!!! 1st relaxer when I was 11. Chopped it all off to go natural when I was 22. 10 years later, hmmmmmmmm what didn’t I do to my hair??? What I didn’t do is grow my natural hair all the way out till it was out of control long. Yes I had a very large afro but it was also bright orange. I’d used so many chemicals to color it, it still didn’t feel like I owned it. Let’s have a look :) WOW!!! I loved my afro but it was so chemically treated, I may as well have had a relaxer which I ended up getting right before I went on vacation in ‘07. Thought that would be easier but NO!!! I was right back to where I didn’t wanna be! Had to maintain it!!! My natural hair is somewhat manageable lol I can’t leave it to air dry OH NO!!! I’d have issues tryna brush that out without doing some kinda damage. What I do have is A LOT of hair. It’s crazy thick and when it is long its frikkin HUGE!!

My hairstylist of the past 2-3 years knows that of me. Ava-Gaye who works at The Beauty Studio W400 Chelten Ave in Philly KNOWS I LOATHE the dryer, I’ll be asleep under that thing even if I’m not tired. I DO NOT wrap my hair even when I’m supposed to. I tried. That thing is off in the morning, not even in the bed. Like, do I get irritated in the middle of the night and throw it off??? There was a commercial back in the day when a “Hair Monster” came into someones room and started messing up their hair while they were sleeping. Could be the “Hair Monster” *shrugs*

Well, after endless sew-ins, glue-ins, curls, presses, afros, twists, braids, colors colors colors (in Ice-T voice) I’m ready to let my hair down :) I’m off the relaxer aka creamy crack, my hair is growing at a rapid speed, with the fine touches of ‘that hair’ added to my hair, I now just have BIG HAIR!!! Thanks to a blow-dryer and some kind Brazilian’s :) leave-in conditioners, a brush and twisting it up at night :) I’m good :)

I look forward to where this hair takes me :)

Posted by: ImGlobalNow

It’s no secret that Nicole Richie comes from a musical background. Her father is famous legendary musician Lionel Richie, and she’s married to musician Joel Madden. She recently made an appearance on the Ellen show, and revealed that she used to be a part of a music group when she was younger. Of course Ellen wanted to see if Nicole Richie still had some of her skills, and put her on the spot telling her to rap. Nicole wasn’t shy, and took to the mic to rap a few bars. Check out her rapping below!

50 Cent "If I Go To Jail It Would Be For Killing My Son’s Mom” (VIDEO)

Posted by: Illmatic

50 Cent reveals what would happen if he went to hell, what he would go there for, what his personal hell would look like. The soundtrack to his visit to hell and which song would play in repeat in his hell, who his neighbour would be and what he would eat and drink. He also tells who he had to kill to end up there. This dude interviewing him has an thing for going to hell. I don’t even want to think about going to hell, let alone being dead. I’ll rather go to heaven, like Pac said even heaven has a ghetto.

Nicki Minaj Covers Right On! Magazine

Posted by: KanYeezy

For almost two months, talk of Nicki Minaj covering Right On! magazine (and even some behind the scenes video) has been floating around the internet and blog sites. Well, the pictures are here and we got em all! Peeped over at NecoleBitchie, these pics show Nicki Minaj rocking Barbie like clothes, from see through lace to pretty colorful get ups. She even takes a picture with a life like accessory, a cute little Maltese puppy. It kind of completes the whole barbie look. She’s a little scary looking in some shots, but over all, I think she looks great in these photos. What do you think? Barbie or Not?

5 White Girls Who Could Use A Rapper In Their Life

Posted by: RachelSamara

We all love hip-hop. Everyone wants a piece of the lifestyle and to understand the culture from its roots. Hip-hop is all about loyalty. A lot of hip-hop artists and rappers marry their high school sweethearts or someone they have that repoire with because that trust is there and in a relationship and in this industry what is more important than trust?

Besides women who have been the faces in these artists’ lives from the beginning, celebrities choose to date each other because there is a mutual understanding involved. But why just date another celebrity who is in the same industry as you? Why not branch out and try something different? These are some girls I think could blend into the hip-hop industry well or who could just use some hip-hop influence in their lives…

Ke$ha

We already know she wakes up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy, so why not just wake up with P. Diddy? Or maybe another rapper since Cassie already has that on lockdown. I was thinking more like Andre 3000, someone who can compliment her unique and sexy style but who has the maturity and experience to teach her the ropes. Andre 3000 is the ideal candidate for giving anyone fashion advice and this could especially work for Ke$ha since she’s the new girl on the scene with that something special that no one else has. Andre’s look is outrageous but he pulls it off so well and this is the exact direction Ke$ha’s image should be going towards. They both have that x-factor that takes their celebrity to the next level.

Aubrey O’Day

On the first season of Making the Band 3 Diddy asked Aubrey if she had any black in her. That’s not like some random person off the street asking her this question-it’s Diddy. Out of all the girls-white, black, Spanish, Asian, Aubrey stole the spotlight for the entire season, and then continued to do so for every other Making the Band season she was ever on.

She had a spread in Blender Magazine before even being chosen as a member of the band. She has the look to be some nice arm candy for a rapper but what does it for me is that she has the attitude and confidence to hold down a rapper when every other girl is throwing themselves at them. She doesn’t hold back when it comes to her opinion as well as her sexuality, who could be more perfect?

::PAGE::

Amanda Bynes

The rumors have already circulated so why not just validate them by showing up to a red carpet event on the arm of Drake? How about Mack Maine or Tyga just to stir up some Young Money controversy, it would only benefit all careers involved. If the rumor is already there then why not just go all in?

Amanda Bynes has been in the spotlight since the age of 10 as an actress on Nickelodeon, so she’s used to being in the spotlight. She has the sense of humor to keep a man from getting bored and moving on as well as the industry experience to provide understanding and educated advice. She showed us that she has a sexy side when she posed for Maxim magazine and we all know a rapper needs that in their life.

Leighton Meester

She’s one of the hottest chicks in the game right now. Our love-hate relationship with her on Gossip Girl keeps us wanting more so her music career couldn’t have come around at a more perfect time. After being featured on a Cobra Starship record I became infatuated with the idea of what else this girl was capable of doing.

When she collaborated with Robin Thicke on ‘Somebody To Love’ it was a done deal for me. Robin Thicke is one of the sexiest men in the music industry. She went from TV star, to rock star to R&B star, which makes her a pop star because she has broken so many barriers. Leighton held her own in her provocative video with Robin Thicke which made me think she would be able to hold her own with someone like Pharrell. They have fashion in common—Leighton has one of the most replicated styles right now and guys can’t get enough of Pharrell’s Ice Cream and Billionaire Boys Club clothing lines. They’re both charming and well-respected public figures who have made it in more than one industry. There’s definitely some power couple potential.

Taylor Swift

Yes, I’m serious about this. After the whole Kanye incident I think it’s only right that Taylor get some swirl-love going on in her life. This girl’s career doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon anyway. Although she did just announce that she’ll take a little time off in 2010, it won’t put a damper on her success after the whirlwind year in she had in 2009 which included being named one of the most interesting people of the year by People magazine and an album which led her to become a multi Grammy award winner at the age of 19.

I think being linked to a rapper is the one thing that could really boost her celebrity to a level beyond where she’s at now. A relationship with a clean-cut rapper might shock most people but it wouldn’t spoil her image. Just something to think about…

Raised By The Commandments of the Street by Brasco

Posted by: Brasco

I’m a block away from big
I’m a few steps from hova

I’m mixed with MOP
But still I got a chip on my shoulder

by Brasco

Growing up in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, one of the most impoverished neighborhoods in the U.S.,  Brasco or Sco as they called me, I became a product of my environment. I was intrigued by the money, attention and well in short ,life in the fast lane.  As a result I found myself dabbling into many things that any mother would pray for their son to avoid.

The mean streets clutched me tightly, holding me closely to its bosoms.  Ultimately making the task of transforming a boy raised by the commandments of the streets, into a man with a purpose and positive driven life a very difficult task. But now I can proudly say that the harsh lessons learned on those streets are not only lyrical fodder for my music, but also served as the motivation and inspiration for my life.

After putting my group’s failure and loss behind me, I knew success was right around the corner, so my dream, talent and determination to win landed me in the middle of one of the biggest bidding wars ever! It made heavy hitters like Jimmy Iovine, Jay Z, Sony, and Atlantic records pay close attention to my clever word play and infectious lyrical content that are irresistible to any listener.  Naturally starving to be heard in this “what’s new” industry, I set my sights on making it big time but unfortunately my life hit a road block that involved bad timing and the wrong people/crowd.  Throughout it all though, I held myself together knowing and believing that if it happened for Biggie, Jay and Mase (the people that inspire me), it was bound to happen for me as well.

I knew the tables of life would turn once again putting me in the position with the right team to propel my career. It’s either go hard or go home and I plan to be here for while! A friend once told me not to blame anyone for my mistakes; because I’m human and that is what we learn from so we don’t become one of our mistakes.

PS: It’s not a marathon for this money and it’s not about who gets it first, but rather who lives their whole life with enough purpose to make their existence a legacy!

Your boy Brasco Air Space is the movement & she left me because I’ m broke is my motivation. Welcome….
